Client Relations Ambassador

About the role

The Client Relations Ambassador is the face of Mediclinic, acting as the primary point of contact for patients during their visits to the Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures a welcoming arrival experience, supports smooth clinic flow, and assists patients with non‑clinical needs throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients, visitors and families, providing a positive first impression.
• Manage patient flow and queue, informing guests of waiting times and any delays.
• Identify and address concerns early, offering basic service recovery and escalating complex issues.
• Record patient feedback and service concerns accurately for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Patient Administration, nursing and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient journeys.
• Assist with non‑clinical needs during inpatient stays when required.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Communication or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, hospitality, front‑desk or client‑facing roles.
• Preferred experience in world‑class airlines, luxury hotels or premium‑service clinics.
