Client Relations Manager – Holiday Homes

About the role

VayK, a DTCM‑licensed holiday home management company in Dubai, is looking for a Client Relations Manager to own the post‑onboarding experience of property owners. You will be the main point of contact, ensuring owners are informed, satisfied and retained.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of property owners after onboarding.
• Provide regular performance and revenue updates, flagging issues or opportunities.
• Handle owner queries, concerns and escalations promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with operations and property‑management teams to resolve maintenance, housekeeping or booking issues.
• Drive owner retention through trust‑building and proactive communication.
• Identify upsell opportunities such as additional properties or services.
• Conduct regular check‑ins and account reviews, capture feedback and feed it back to operations.
• Maintain accurate records of all owner communications in the CRM.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, customer success, hospitality or real estate.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French) a plus.
• Calm under pressure with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly organized and able to manage a live portfolio without oversight.
• Familiarity with Dubai’s short‑term rental or property‑management sector is advantageous.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and reporting on account health.
