Client Relations Officer

About the role

The Client Relations Officer acts as the primary bridge between Inspire Integrated Services' valued clients and the Operational teams of the Integrated Facilities Management division. This position ensures client satisfaction, smooth communication, and alignment of service delivery with project expectations across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain proactive, professional relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Coordinate with the Operations department to align service delivery with contractual obligations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution.
• Support planning and coordination of infrastructure projects, including MEP, civil works, and irrigation system design.
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Assist in material specification reviews and utility infrastructure planning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise client service processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate technical design and drafting details clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Facilities Management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of CAD/BIM tools and technical design principles.
• Experience in client‑facing roles within operations or facilities management.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• Professional certifications in facilities management or project coordination are an asset.
