About the role

We are seeking energetic, self‑motivated professionals to join our Client Relations team in Dubai. The role involves delivering high‑quality service to our clients and supporting business development in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
• Handle client inquiries and ensure high‑level service.
• Perform personal clientele analysis and take required actions.
• Communicate new products, promotions, and terms to clients.
• Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and company procedures.
• Provide suggestions on system enhancements.
• Collaborate with other departments and the Client Relations team to achieve targets.

Required profile

• Degree in a business‑related field.
• Client handling experience in financial services (advantageous).
• Fluent in Uzbek and Russian, with excellent English oral and written skills.
• Reliable, with integrity and strong communication abilities.
• Dynamic, innovative and target‑oriented.
• Valid work permit.
