Client Success Manager - Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Client Success Manager specialized in digital marketing to join COLAB’s remote team based in Dubai. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive strategic guidance, performance insights, and proactive support throughout their campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with assigned client accounts and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Conduct onboarding calls, kickoff meetings, and regular check‑ins to align expectations.
• Communicate campaign performance, updates, and actionable recommendations.
• Identify upselling and growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee smooth project execution.
• Maintain client retention by delivering professional and timely service.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in a digital marketing agency.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral/American accent.
• Strong communication, sales, and client‑handling abilities.
• Professional appearance and confidence on video calls.
• Ability to manage US‑based clients professionally.
• Availability to work 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Dubai time remotely from Dubai.
