Client Support Liaison

About the role

Skybound Wealth Management, a global advisory group with regulated entities across the UK, EU, USA, Switzerland, UAE and beyond, is looking for a Client Support Liaison to join the personal team of one of its top advisers in Dubai. The role is described as the engine room of a high-performing advisory practice: keeping the adviser running at the highest level, supporting client relationships that span continents and making every touchpoint seamless.

Key responsibilities

• Own the adviser's client administration end to end, including meeting packs, documentation and workflow management.
• Support light paraplanning tasks such as research, letters, drafting and report preparation.
• Use Skybound's technology platforms to streamline processes and improve the client experience.
• Liaise with providers, internal teams and clients so cases move smoothly.
• Maintain the high compliance standards expected across all Skybound entities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years' experience in financial services, ideally in adviser support or admin.
• High-level organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism with senior clients.
• Ability to work in a fast, demanding, quality-driven environment.

Required skills

• Tech confidence and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience with financial services administration and adviser support.
