Clinic Administrator – Al Ain

About the role

The healthcare organization in Al Ain is looking for an experienced Clinic Administrator to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth clinic performance. You will act as a bridge between medical staff and patients, maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day administrative operations of the clinic.
• Monitor quality standards, KPIs, and performance targets.
• Track and analyse operational performance, patient satisfaction, and service quality metrics.
• Implement improvements to enhance efficiency and patient experience.
• Coordinate patient appointments, registrations, and inquiries.
• Oversee front‑desk activities and ensure smooth patient services.
• Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation.
• Handle calls, emails, correspondence, and general administrative requests.
• Assist with billing, insurance coordination, and clinic documentation.
• Support management with reports, schedules, and administrative tasks.
• Address patient concerns and escalate issues when required.
• Support quality‑improvement initiatives within the clinic.

Required profile

• Proven experience in clinic, hospital, medical centre, or healthcare administration.
• Experience monitoring KPIs, quality standards, and operational performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
• UAE healthcare experience is preferred.
