Clinic Cleaner (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Cleaner to join Allure Dental And Derma Clinic in Dubai. The successful candidate will ensure that all clinical, reception and common areas are kept spotless, safe and compliant with infection‑control standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect treatment rooms, waiting areas, restrooms and staff facilities daily.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust and wipe surfaces, paying special attention to high‑touch points.
• Restock restroom supplies and manage waste and recyclables according to clinic protocols.
• Monitor cleaning stock levels and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with clinical and front‑desk teams to maintain a presentable and hygienic environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in professional cleaning, preferably in healthcare, dental or hospitality settings.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift light to moderate loads and operate cleaning equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability and a proactive attitude.
• Basic English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to follow clinic policies, dress code and use personal protective equipment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation and basic infection‑control procedures.
• Experience with cleaning agents, disinfectants and proper usage.
• Ability to operate standard cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, etc.).
