Clinic Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations at our Ayurvedic Medical Center in Dubai. The role requires a hands‑on, organized professional who can manage both people and processes in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day clinic operations and patient flow.
• Supervise therapists, doctors, and front‑desk staff.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, documentation, and reporting.
• Handle scheduling, inventory, and vendor coordination.
• Support marketing activities and patient‑retention initiatives.
• Resolve patient concerns promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a clinic or healthcare manager (Ayurvedic/medical center preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of DHA rules and clinic operations in Dubai.
• Comfortable with billing systems, reports, and basic accounting.
• Professional, calm under pressure, and detail‑oriented.
