Clinical Instructor – College of Dentistry (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The College of Dentistry at Ajman University is seeking a Clinical Instructor to join the faculty for the Spring 2025‑2026 academic term. This position is open exclusively to UAE nationals and involves supporting the delivery of dental education in a clinical setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to faculty to maintain a safe and stimulating educational environment.
• Assist in planning, preparing, and implementing daily teaching and learning activities.
• Develop and prepare teaching aids such as activity sheets, drawings, and handouts.
• Present subject matter to students under faculty guidance using discussions, role‑playing, and other methods.
• Guide students individually or in groups with assignments to reinforce learning concepts.
• Support students and researchers in conducting experiments, research projects, and clinical work.
• Assist faculty with student advising and related activities.
• Participate in community engagement services and volunteer recruitment as appropriate.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant field from a reputable university.
• Minimum of 2‑3 years of teaching or clinical instruction experience.
• Active UAE practice license (MOHAP/DHA/DOH).
• Strong communication skills and adequate English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard educational software and modern teaching tools.
