Clinical Psychologist (Master's) – Al Ain

About the role

The Clinical Psychologist will provide high‑quality, evidence‑based psychological care to adult and pediatric patients at NMC ProVita in Al Ain. This position involves comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and intervention across inpatient rehabilitation and long‑term care settings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments, formulate diagnoses, and deliver therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, patient‑centered care.
• Provide education and support to families and caregivers.
• Maintain compliance with DOH regulations, ethical standards, and organizational policies.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality‑improvement projects, and staff education initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology.
• Licensure or registration to practice as a psychologist in the UAE (or equivalent).
• Experience working with both adult and pediatric populations in inpatient or long‑term care settings.
• Strong understanding of evidence‑based therapeutic approaches.
