Cluster Director of Human Resources

About the role

The Cluster Director, Human Resources leads HR strategy for two luxury properties in Montenegro, reporting to the General Manager. This senior position drives people initiatives across recruitment, performance, compensation, and colleague engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the hotel People Plan aligned with business objectives and brand standards.
• Implement staffing strategies for peak and off‑peak periods, ensuring optimal manning levels.
• Serve as a strategic partner to operations, supporting HR services, onboarding, payroll, and compliance with local labor law.
• Oversee disciplinary processes, ensuring 100% compliance with Kerzner policies.
• Partner with department heads to achieve KPIs such as GOP, LTO, and colleague engagement scores.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certification preferred.
• Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience in luxury hospitality, including senior HR manager or director roles.
• Strong knowledge of local labor law and employment regulations.
• Proven ability to act as a strategic business partner and resolve complex employee relations matters.
