About the role
Join Hilton’s Hotels team in Dubai as a Cluster Human Resources Manager, where you will lead HR operations across the cluster, ensuring a warm and memorable experience for guests and team members alike.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR functions including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, special events, and other activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage HR systems, maintain team member data, generate reports, and process unemployment claims.
- Recruit, train, coach, supervise, and mentor HR team members, conducting performance evaluations and supporting professional development.
