Cluster Sales Manager (Hospitality)

About the role

The Cluster Sales Manager will lead corporate sales and business development across the assigned Accor hotels in Dubai, driving revenue growth through new and existing corporate accounts. This role combines strategic planning, client relationship management and close collaboration with revenue and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate sales strategies, targeting new accounts and strengthening relationships with existing corporate clients.
• Manage key corporate accounts, conduct regular reviews, negotiate contracts and ensure delivery of agreed rates and benefits.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, monitor production metrics such as room nights, ADR and RevPAR, and work with Revenue Management to optimise rates.
• Maintain a structured weekly sales call plan, participate in exhibitions, trade shows and organise client visits and hotel inspections.
• Coordinate with the Cluster Director of Sales, Revenue, Reservations, Front Office and Operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/sales systems, prepare activity reports and support sales forecasting and budgeting.

Required profile

• Proven track record in a similar sales leadership role within a quality hospitality environment.
• Commercially astute, multi‑tasker motivated by challenge and able to drive productivity and sales volume.
• Strong communication, negotiation and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to enhance the hotel’s community image and build lasting corporate relationships.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a “Yes I Can” attitude.
