Cluster Social Media Coordinator – Abu Dhabi Yas Island

About the role

At Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island, the Cluster Social Media Coordinator creates, manages, and optimises engaging digital content across the hotel’s social media platforms. The role strengthens brand presence, drives guest engagement, promotes hotel offerings and supports revenue‑generating campaigns through compelling storytelling and visual content.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish high‑quality images, videos, reels, stories and captions for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Capture on‑site photo and video content showcasing rooms, dining, experiences, events, staff and guest moments.
• Execute the social media content calendar in line with marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions and brand guidelines.
• Monitor channels daily, respond to comments, messages and reviews, and engage with followers to build community.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Excellent written, spoken and read English proficiency.
• Previous marketing experience in hospitality, agency or airline environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage relationships.
• Creative, ideas‑orientated, positive and a team player.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities, able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Basic graphic design skills.
• Experience with latest AI tools for content creation and editing.
