About the role
The CNC Machinist will produce machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines, ensuring part quality, safety standards, and proper equipment care.
Key responsibilities
- Follow all safety rules and policies provided by NOV.
- Produce threaded connections and parts according to drawings and programs.
- Inspect and verify each part meets specifications.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Care for, use, and protect company equipment.
Required profile
- Industrial/Manufacturing Diploma or vocational training in mechanical engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in turning, machining, and fitting trades.
- Experience with DMG, Mazak, ROMI, and Doosan CNC machines.
- Oil & gas manufacturing experience.
Required skills
- Operation of DMG‑Beta & Gamma, Mazak ST450, STN500/550M, ROMI M33/M43, Doosan Puma700LM, DBC130L.
- Familiarity with rotatory shoulder connections (API, Grant Prideco, Tenaris, Vam) and HWDP components.
- Strong math, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
