Commercial Finance Manager

About the role

The Commercial Finance Manager will partner with commercial teams across APMEA West to drive strategic growth, optimise pricing and promotions, and ensure robust financial performance. This role acts as a trusted advisor, delivering insights that support volume and value share expansion while maintaining compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic growth initiatives and conduct strategic reviews aligned with commercial priorities.
• Embed Revenue Growth Management into daily decisions, leading pricing and excise committees.
• Provide industry analysis on macro‑economic trends, regulatory changes, competitor activity and consumer behaviour.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models, scenario planning tools and financial KPI dashboards (Power BI).
• Manage marketing spend, CAPEX budgets and Total Customer Investment for APMEA West markets.
• Conduct post‑implementation business case reviews to ensure value delivery.
• Oversee regional financial reporting, OTIF delivery and pricing tracker submissions.
• Ensure adherence to Group IFRS and global accounting standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial finance within a multi‑category or consumer‑goods environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build cross‑functional relationships.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks affecting pricing and excise duties.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial performance monitoring.
