Commercial Program Manager – EMEA

About the role

The Commercial Program Manager – EMEA will act as the strategic partner for Customer Directors, steering business growth for DHL’s most important accounts across the region. You will ensure alignment of customer development plans with CSI strategy, provide data‑driven insights, and oversee the end‑to‑end commercial programme delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Account Governance – monitor customer development plans, maintain the Customer Dashboard and deliver actionable insights for account planning.
• Pipeline Management – keep the Salesforce (ACE) pipeline accurate, identify white‑spot opportunities and flag risks or growth potential.
• Sales & RFQ Support – assist Customer Directors in opportunity assessment, lead RFQ preparation, conduct tender quality checks and support contractual closure.
• Customer Priority Projects – collaborate with business‑unit teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements and manage the Customer Satisfaction Survey process.
• Meeting Management – prepare inputs for Quarterly Business Reviews, coordinate follow‑up actions and provide updates for cross‑BU calls.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in commercial program or project management, preferably within logistics or related sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Proven stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities.

Required skills

• Salesforce (ACE) – proficient use for pipeline and data management.
• CRM systems – experience with customer relationship management tools.
