About the role
As a Commis 3 you will join the professional kitchen team at Atlantis The Royal, a luxury resort in Dubai. The role provides basic culinary technique training under award‑winning chefs and a clear progression path toward Commis Chef Grade 2 and beyond.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years experience in a similar role within an international luxury hotel.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a diverse team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and serve a varied clientele.
- Passion for food and willingness to learn in a disciplined environment.
