About the role

Join the All Day Dining team at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah as a Commis II. You will support the kitchen in delivering high‑quality dishes and memorable dining experiences for hotel guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Manage guest orders efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Execute complex recipes, oversee stations, and perform quality control.
• Inspect plates before service to guarantee presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked workstation, following food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Prepare requisitions and manage inventory of supplies and food items.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
