Key responsibilities

• Prepare high‑quality dishes following recipes and quality standards.
• Manage guest orders efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Execute complex recipes, oversee stations, and conduct quality control.
• Inspect plates before service to guarantee presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace.
• Prepare requisitions and manage inventory of supplies and food items.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
