Commission-Based Off-Plan Property Consultant (Multilingual)

About the role

Property Shop Investment is seeking dynamic, results‑driven sales professionals to join its elite team on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on selling off‑plan luxury properties to high‑net‑worth clients across multiple international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture relationships with prospective buyers from Russian, Chinese, Italian, French, Spanish and Arabic speaking markets.
• Present off‑plan projects, negotiate terms, and close sales while maintaining the highest level of client service.
• Collaborate with marketing and back‑office teams to ensure a steady flow of pre‑qualified leads.
• Participate in international property roadshows and events in the UK, Russia, China, Turkey and other key locations.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the company CRM.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury real‑estate sales or high‑value property consultancy.
• Fluency in at least two of the listed languages (Russian, Chinese, Italian, French, Spanish, Arabic) plus English.
• Strong negotiation skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi and obtain a UAE work visa.

Required skills

• Official real‑estate broker license (or ability to obtain one quickly).
