Commission-Based Property Consultant – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Property Consultant to join our growing brokerage in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The role is fully commission‑based, meaning your earnings are directly linked to the deals you close. You will work with qualified leads supplied by the company and help clients find their next home or investment property.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective buyers and renters, understand their needs and present suitable properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about features, pricing and market trends.
• Negotiate offers, prepare contracts and guide clients through the closing process.
• Maintain and update client records in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings and generate additional leads.

Required profile

• Motivated, self‑driven individual with a strong desire to achieve results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous sales experience is a plus; real‑estate experience is highly valued.
• Willingness to work flexible hours beyond a standard 9‑to‑5 schedule.
• Ambitious mindset focused on building a long‑term career in real estate.
