About the role
We are seeking a seasoned Communications Manager to lead our client‑facing teams in Abu Dhabi. The role combines strategic account oversight with hands‑on marketing execution, ensuring our agency delivers measurable results for its clients.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of account and strategy professionals.
- Develop, implement and optimise marketing and communication strategies that achieve client objectives.
- Maintain strong client relationships, presenting proposals and negotiating deliverables.
- Ensure brand consistency and uphold high standards of communication across all campaigns.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in account management or strategy within a marketing agency.
- Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
- Client‑centric mindset with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic agency environment.
Required skills
- Deep understanding of marketing, branding and communication principles.
