Social Media Manager

About the role

BeanzBeanz, a premium coffee‑tech platform connecting thousands of specialty coffee shops with enthusiasts across the GCC, is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager. You will own the brand’s presence on Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn and other channels, driving awareness, engagement and community growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a culturally relevant, on‑brand social media strategy that boosts reach and engagement.
• Own the content calendar and publish daily posts across all platforms.
• Create organic video content, appear on‑camera, record voice‑overs and produce short‑form clips independently.
• Brief and direct videographers, influencers and creative teams to ensure brand‑aligned output.
• Write captions, scripts and copy that reflect the brand tone of voice.
• Manage community interactions, including comments and direct messages.
• Monitor trends, act quickly on timely opportunities, and iterate based on performance data.
• Track weekly KPIs, report insights and recommend optimisations.
• Identify, coordinate and collaborate with nano‑to‑macro influencers and user‑generated content creators.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of professional social media management experience.
• Proven track record of growing accounts and building engaged communities for premium or consumer brands.
• Hands‑on content creator comfortable on‑camera and producing short‑form video.
• Experience working with influencers and talent in the GCC region.
• Ability to reference specific accounts, campaigns and measurable results.
