Community & Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing lifestyle brand that needs a passionate Community & Influencer Marketing Specialist. You will drive community engagement and influencer collaborations across key international markets, supporting the brand’s expansion in the UK, UAE, US and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the brand’s community on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, responding to comments and DMs authentically.
• Monitor community sentiment and share insights with marketing and product teams.
• Identify, outreach to and manage micro‑ and mid‑tier influencers in fitness, wellness and lifestyle.
• Coordinate gifting, collaborations, campaign briefs and track partnership performance.
• Build influencer pipelines for international markets and stay ahead of creator trends.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in community management, influencer marketing or social media.
• Background in fitness, fashion, wellness, beauty, lifestyle or consumer brands is a plus.
• Fluent English with excellent written communication.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
• Proactive attitude with a genuine interest in fitness and wellness.
