Compensation and Benefits Specialist

About the role

The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will support the development and implementation of Airbus's total reward strategy in the Middle East, handling employment contracts, global mobility, and driving HR digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Support administration of annual reward programs, including salary reviews, bonus campaigns, and share purchase schemes.
• Lead HR digital transformation initiatives, overseeing AI‑driven solutions and automated workflows.
• Maintain and audit the regional employee reward database using modern HR analytics tools.
• Manage regional global mobility operations, including expat contract and payroll administration.
• Prepare and evaluate employment contracts and related lifecycle documentation.
• Develop HR dashboards, regular analytics and ad‑hoc reporting on workforce trends.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• 2‑3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits.
• Proven experience driving HR digital transformation and AI‑powered analytics.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work independently.
