Compensation & Benefits Specialist

About the role

The Compensation & Benefits Specialist supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s reward framework. You will ensure that compensation and benefits practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct job evaluations, maintain job grading, and update organizational structures.
• Perform market benchmarking and salary analysis to keep reward practices competitive.
• Support the review and implementation of compensation policies and procedures.
• Analyze compensation data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations.
• Assist with salary reviews, promotions, allowances, and other compensation-related matters.
• Support the implementation of job architecture and grading frameworks.
• Participate in compensation and organizational design projects, including external consulting initiatives.
• Monitor compensation trends and recommend improvements to enhance attraction, retention, and internal equity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, HR Analytics, or HR Operations.
• Professional certifications such as GRP, CCP, CIPD – Rewards, or SHRM – CP are preferred.
