Complex Assistant Revenue Manager

About the role

The Complex Assistant Revenue Manager is responsible for managing the transient rooms inventory across the hotel cluster in Dubai Marina. The role focuses on maximizing revenue by releasing group rooms, maintaining clean booking windows, and supporting pricing and positioning strategies for the properties.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze actual sales versus forecasts, generate reports and presentations, and identify trends to adjust strategies.
• Maintain accurate reservation system data and ensure inventory is optimally allocated across the cluster.
• Develop and execute revenue management projects, update market knowledge, and align pricing strategies with brand initiatives.
• Communicate rate restrictions and sales strategies to properties, coordinate with group sales offices, and support cluster selling initiatives.
• Provide functional expertise to general managers and leadership teams, ensuring compliance with brand philosophies and maximizing profit.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field plus 3 years of relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data, and experience with reservation and demand‑forecasting systems.
