Compliance Officer – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Compliance Officer to join our Dubai office. You will play a key role in developing, implementing and overseeing compliance programmes that ensure our firm meets all regulatory requirements across local, regional and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct internal audits and prepare detailed compliance reports.
• Analyze data to identify potential risks and recommend mitigation actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve compliance issues.
• Stay up‑to‑date with regulatory changes and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in compliance management, regulatory compliance or auditing.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with teams, clients and regulators.
• Knowledge of finance to assess compliance with financial regulations.
• Experience handling compliance for ADGM‑DIFC companies is preferred.
