Compliance Officer

About the role
The Compliance Officer will report to the General Counsel and play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the Group's legal and regulatory compliance framework across the company and its subsidiaries.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable UAE laws and regulations.
- Provide oversight and guidance across a diverse portfolio of entities and investments.
- Collaborate with business units to embed robust compliance practices.
Required profile
- 8–10 years of relevant compliance experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Hands‑on experience with the UAE CMA (formerly SCA) and ADX regulatory frameworks.
- Background in a listed company, investment group, financial services firm, holding company, or government‑related entity is advantageous.
