About the role
A prestigious investment firm in Abu Dhabi is looking for an Emirati national to provide operational support to its Compliance Department. The role helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations, supports compliance processes, maintains documentation and assists with regulatory reporting and internal audits. It suits a detail-oriented person who wants to grow in compliance and governance.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Compliance Department's day-to-day operations
- Support compliance processes
- Maintain documentation
- Assist with regulatory reporting and internal audits
Required profile
- UAE national with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law or a related field
- Prior experience or an internship in compliance, operations or administrative support is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
- Proactive and collaborative mindset, willing to learn and grow
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
