Comprehensive Pilates Instructor

About the role

A premium holistic wellness club in Fujairah, about 90 minutes from Dubai, is looking for a comprehensive Pilates instructor. The role suits someone who combines strong Pilates expertise with MAT, Reformer, Ladder, Barrel, Chair and Cadillac (at least three of these) and supports clients in rehabilitation, injury prevention and overall physical well-being.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and design individualised programmes and rehabilitation plans.
• Deliver safe, effective and progressive Pilates sessions using Reformer, MAT and other equipment.
• Work with clients at all fitness levels, including pre- and post-rehabilitation, injury recovery and performance enhancement.
• Ensure correct alignment, movement patterns, breathing and posture during sessions.
• Collaborate with the wellness and coaching team for an integrated client experience.
• Maintain accurate client records and progress reports.
• Educate clients on injury prevention, corrective exercises and long-term physical health.
• Take part in internal training, workshops and wellness events.

Required profile

• Level 3 certification in Pilates (Reformer, MAT and apparatus) with BASI, STOTT, Balanced Body, Polestar or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy not required but desirable.
• At least 2-3 years of Pilates teaching experience, group and private, preferably in a clinical or premium studio setting.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, biomechanics and movement therapy.
• Confident, client-focused and able to manage clients with medical conditions, injuries and special populations.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Willing to relocate and sign a 2-year long-term contract, working up to 6 days a week with 4-6 sessions per day.
