About the role
The Concierge will respond to special guest requests, provide information about the property and local amenities, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction in a luxury hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
- Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager, and complete safety training and certifications.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, maintain a professional appearance, and protect company assets.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a Concierge or similar guest‑facing role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional, and guest‑focused approach.
- Well‑presented, confident, and service‑oriented with strong attention to detail.
