Concrete Worker - Active Projects at Al Maktoum Airport, Abu Dhabi

About the role

A major contracting company in Dubai is hiring 30 concrete workers to join its teams on active projects at Al Maktoum Airport in Abu Dhabi. The work starts immediately, with ongoing projects and no waiting period.

Key responsibilities

• Mix, pour and finish concrete on active sites, from foundations and slabs to structural elements
• Set up and strip formwork, keeping it level and square
• Spread, level and smooth concrete with hand tools and power equipment
• Work alongside steel fixers, carpenters and site supervisors
• Follow site safety protocols, including PPE and hazard awareness
• Keep the work area clean and report issues to the supervisor

Required profile

• Hands-on experience in concrete work (pouring, finishing, formwork)
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in Abu Dhabi's heat; water and shade breaks provided
• Basic knowledge of construction site safety and ability to follow instructions in a team
• Valid work authorization or willingness to complete the hiring process promptly
• Nice to have: experience on large infrastructure or airport projects, familiarity with concrete mixes, driver's license or own transport
