Construction Helper – Al Ain

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Helper to support our construction and marine projects in Al Ain. The role involves assisting skilled tradespeople, handling tools and materials, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up tools, equipment and materials at various work sites.
• Assist carpenters, fitters, masons and other trades as required.
• Operate hand tools, power tools and basic machinery safely.
• Support the storekeeper with material stock organization.
• Clean and organise tools, equipment and work areas after each shift.
• Work in diverse environments, including near shorelines and confined spaces.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years construction or marine‑related experience in the UAE (overall 5 years in a similar field).
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adapt to new tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hand tools.
• Proficiency with power tools.
• Basic operation of equipment or machinery.
