Construction Helper

About the role

Habico Properties is hiring a Construction Helper in Dubai, a full-time position for people who want to start a career in the construction industry. You will work alongside skilled tradespeople and project managers, learning the construction process in a collaborative environment that values teamwork and innovation. Training is provided on construction techniques, safety protocols and industry standards, and opportunities for advancement within the organisation are offered.

Key responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople and construction workers in various tasks so projects run smoothly and on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organised worksite by removing debris and hazardous materials.
• Load and unload materials and tools so supplies are always available.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers carefully.
• Operate basic construction equipment such as drills and saws under supervision.
• Take part in safety training and follow safety protocols.
• Help install structures and fixtures such as drywall and flooring.
• Work with the team to solve problems that arise on site.
• Document daily progress and report any challenges to supervisors.

Required profile
