Construction Manager - Civil

About the role

A senior Construction Manager position in civil construction, within the Projects department, is open to candidates with 12 to 15 years of experience in major operations and EPC project execution. The role plans, directs and oversees construction work from project start to completion, managing several projects and working with internal teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct and oversee all construction activities from inception to completion, delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• 12 to 15 years of construction management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
• Knowledge of UAE construction laws, authority requirements and permitting processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
