Construction Manager - High-Rise Projects

About the role

A Construction Manager leads, plans and executes high-rise and commercial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The role covers on-site operations, subcontractor management, progress monitoring and coordination with engineers and consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation and troubleshooting to prevent delays
• Enforce compliance with UAE building codes, HSE policies and QA/QC standards
• Collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors and consultants on design, structural and MEP interfaces
• Prepare progress reports, review shop drawings and manage permits and change orders
• Control costs through material management and certification of subcontractor payments

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 10-15+ years of experience in the construction of high-rise buildings of 50-60 stories and above in a similar managerial role within the UAE and beyond

Required skills

• Strong leadership and technical expertise
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera and MS Project
• Deep knowledge of local construction regulations
