Construction Manager – Hospital Project

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the on‑site delivery of a prestigious hospital project in the United Arab Emirates. The role requires overseeing all construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion while coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily on‑site construction operations to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Monitor progress against specifications, contract terms, and local regulations.
• Plan workforce, allocate resources, and supervise site logistics.
• Enforce strict quality assurance and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Prepare progress reports and participate in client and coordination meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years as a Construction Manager.
• Proven track record managing hospital or healthcare construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Availability to join immediately or within 30 days.
