Construction Manager

About the role

Currie & Brown is seeking a Construction Manager to work on large‑scale mixed‑use projects in Al Ain. The role combines supervision and project‑management responsibilities, supporting high‑end developments and ensuring timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Work within established project objectives to produce plans, schedules and reporting requirements.
• Deliver small projects independently and assist on medium and large projects, reporting to the project lead.
• Identify risks or issues and propose mitigation options.
• Assist in the preparation and management of project programmes.
• Prepare project management scope deliverables and manage change control.
• Monitor project processes and procedures and coordinate with stakeholders, consultants and contractors.
• Collect, analyse and report accurate project data.
• Support construction management on site and assist the project lead with priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience delivering built‑asset projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with peers and senior colleagues.
• Ability to manage relationships with external stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen and organisational understanding.
• Logical approach to complex issues and strong collaboration/teamwork.

• Proficiency with project management software and systems.
