Construction Manager - Large-Scale Project in Dubai

About the role

China State Construction Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting Construction Managers to join its Construction Team on a newly awarded large-scale project in Dubai. The role covers managing construction activities, budgets, resources and coordination with all project parties.

Key responsibilities

• Keep construction activities on schedule and within budget, reviewing project planning, budgeting and resource needs.
• Optimize use of labor, materials and equipment, and develop communication channels and conflict-resolution mechanisms.
• Monitor progress regularly, hold status meetings with sub-teams, and revise work plans as needed.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors and subcontractors; manage the budget, track expenses and minimize risk.
• Obtain permits and licenses and ensure a valid NOC from the relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with legal and QEHS requirements, keep project documents and site reports complete, and inspect sites regularly.
• Monitor client and consultant feedback, attend regular meetings with them, and take part in QEHS training for staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in construction projects.
