Construction Manager – Lead Mega Projects in Dubai

About the role

Our client, a leading construction and engineering group in the Middle East, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the execution of large‑scale building and infrastructure projects in Dubai. You will lead multidisciplinary site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily construction activities across multiple work areas.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary site teams, including Project Engineers, Site Engineers, supervisors, and specialist contractors.
• Ensure project execution aligns with approved schedules and budgets.
• Supervise civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.
• Monitor progress, identify risks early, and implement mitigation measures.
• Review construction methodologies and optimise site productivity.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings with consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Support procurement and logistics to guarantee uninterrupted execution.
• Promote a strong Health, Safety & Environment culture across the workforce.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in large‑scale construction projects.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager.
• Proven track record managing high‑value commercial, residential or hospitality developments.
• Strong knowledge of international construction standards and engineering drawings.
