Construction Project Delivery Lead

About the role

Kaya AI is seeking a Construction Project Delivery Lead to bridge construction operations with its AI‑driven workflow automation platform. This manager‑level individual contributor will own end‑to‑end delivery for enterprise customers, ensuring AI solutions are adopted and generate measurable operational improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle for enterprise construction clients, from discovery workshops to rollout.
• Translate construction processes—procurement, submittals, RFIs, schedules, document control, field coordination—into AI‑enabled workflows.
• Develop implementation roadmaps, project plans, success metrics, and manage scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and leadership.
• Drive user adoption through training, change management, and best‑practice guidance.
• Measure implementation outcomes, capture feedback, and influence product roadmap.
• Identify expansion opportunities and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Continuously improve delivery methodology, playbooks, and onboarding processes.

Required profile

• Deep experience in commercial construction or construction technology.
• Comprehensive understanding of the construction project lifecycle from pre‑construction to close‑out.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with executives, project managers, superintendents, and procurement teams.
• Manager‑level individual contributor mindset with strong customer‑leadership orientation.
