Construction Project Manager – Site Construction

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring safe, efficient, and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day construction activities and project execution.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, materials, and manpower.
• Ensure work meets approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, and enforce health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Track progress, prepare reports, and identify risks or delays.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders throughout delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction or project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site operations, and project delivery.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Understanding of construction safety and quality standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
