About the role
Provide patient‑centric, evidence‑based consultant‑level anaesthetic care, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards set by Mediclinic and UAE regulatory authorities.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive, professional and ethical clinical services to patients efficiently.
- Monitor and manage clinical risks associated with direct patient care.
- Ensure compliance with clinical governance and quality‑management standards.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records.
- Promote continuous professional development for self and junior colleagues.
- Uphold integrity by executing clinical services responsibly and ethically.
Required profile
- Basic medical degree plus a recognised fellowship or diploma by UAE healthcare authority.
- Specialty certification and registration recognised by UAE healthcare authority.
- Active life‑support certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, NRP).
- 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience at consultant level; preferably 1 year in a Tier 1 country.
- Fluent English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
