About the role

The Consultant Breast Radiologist will deliver patient‑centric, evidence‑based care at Mediclinic Parkview Hospital, ensuring adherence to the highest ethical and professional standards set by the organisation and UAE regulatory bodies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, high‑quality clinical services to breast imaging patients.
• Monitor and manage clinical risks associated with direct patient care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance, quality management standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records.
• Promote continuous professional development for self and junior colleagues.
• Uphold integrity by delivering services in an ethical and responsible manner.

Required profile

• Basic medical degree with a recognised fellowship or diploma approved by UAE healthcare authorities.
• Specialty certification and registration recognised by the UAE regulator.
• Active, valid life‑support certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, NRP).
• Minimum 3–5 years post‑qualification experience at consultant level; preference for at least 1 year in a Tier 1 country.

Required skills

• Ability to facilitate clinical clerkship training for medical students and junior staff.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Effective communication in English (Arabic advantageous).
• Knowledge of clinical audit standards and processes.
