Consultant Gastroenterologist – UAE

About the role

A leading multi‑specialty private healthcare group in the UAE is seeking an experienced Consultant Gastroenterologist to join its expanding team. The role offers a tax‑free salary, commission and a comprehensive relocation package.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consultant‑level gastroenterology services in a private hospital setting.
• Independently perform ERCP procedures.
• Conduct upper GI endoscopy and colonoscopy, including therapeutic interventions.
• Manage a broad range of gastroenterology patients at consultant level.
• Collaborate with other clinical specialties and hospital departments.
• Support the development and growth of gastroenterology services.

Required profile

• Qualified Consultant Gastroenterologist with recognised specialist medical qualifications.
• Proven competence in ERCP, upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy and therapeutic endoscopic procedures.
• Western medical experience (UK, Ireland, Europe, Australia, Canada, USA) or equivalent.
• Eligibility for consultant‑level licensing in the UAE.
• Private healthcare experience preferred; UAE/GCC experience beneficial but not essential.
