Consultant Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician – Dubai

About the role

The hospital is seeking a qualified Consultant / Specialist Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join its multidisciplinary team in Dubai. The role involves delivering comprehensive women’s reproductive health care, managing pregnancies, and performing gynecological procedures in a modern, JCI‑accredited environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full‑cycle obstetric care – antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal management.
• Conduct routine prenatal examinations, fetal monitoring and risk assessments.
• Manage normal and high‑risk pregnancies, including vaginal deliveries and caesarean sections.
• Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions such as hormonal disorders, menstrual abnormalities and infections.
• Perform minimally invasive and laparoscopic gynecologic surgeries.
• Deliver preventive services including cervical cancer screening, family planning and menopause management.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, radiologists, anesthesiologists and other specialists for coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records.
• Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives and compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or specialist qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology (e.g., American Board, UK MRCOG, etc.).
• Minimum 3 + years post‑specialist or board certification experience.
• Experience in both outpatient and inpatient obstetric care and gynecologic surgery.
• Ability to work with an international patient population and adhere to international clinical guidelines.
