Consultant Orthopedic Spine Surgeon

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join our prestigious healthcare team in Dubai. The role involves diagnosing, treating and surgically managing a wide range of spinal disorders in both adult and pediatric patients.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage congenital, degenerative, traumatic, infectious, neoplastic and deformity‑related spinal conditions.
• Perform complex spinal surgeries including minimally invasive procedures, decompression, fusion, disc replacement, deformity correction and revision surgeries.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, provide pre‑operative counseling and post‑operative follow‑up.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as neurologists, neurosurgeons, pain specialists and physiotherapists.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with DHA regulations and mentor junior staff.

Required profile

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) and residency in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Fellowship or subspecialty training in Spine Surgery.
• Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery and DHA eligibility or license for Dubai.
• Minimum 8–10 years of post‑specialization experience, preferably in a tertiary or internationally accredited hospital.
